[HELIX] Public Announcement System

Empower your players to broadcast announcements to the server with this highly customizable and easy-to-install plugin. 

We recognize the importance of highly personalized roleplay experiences, so we have created comprehensive documentation to help you customize and extend the plugin to fit your server's unique needs.

By default, this plugin includes two entities: a Public Announcement Terminal and a Dispatch Terminal for hl2rp. When players interact with these entities, they are prompted to write an announcement that will be sent to the server. To ensure seamless communication, the plugin intelligently parses large messages into chunks, sending them via in-game chat. Messages are never cut off mid-sentence, and the parser always splits the message at the start of a new line. At the beginning of an announcement, a configurable intro will be displayed; Likewise, an outro will be displayed when the message finishes.
